All accounts must be set up with customers credit or bank cards. All major credit cards are accepted. Billing is completed for all residential mowing services on the Saturday following the provided service. Any card that fails to authorize will be processed again on the day prior to the next scheduled service. Billing is completed on Bed and Shrub Services immediately following completion of the work.

Your scheduled service day will continue during light rain or after the rain subsides. If it is impossible to continue due to heavy rains, your scheduled service day will be pushed forward one day. If rain continues for multiple days, your service may be skipped and picked back up on the next scheduled service day. For bi-weekly customers, this may push your service day forward two weeks. Bi-weekly service that is pushed forward can be put on the schedule for the following week by request only.

Bed and Shrub Service

This service is priced at $75.00 per hour and includes two qualified maintenance workers. This service is billed in half hour increments with a minimum charge of one hour. Customers are billed immediately upon completion of our work.

Property Size

Prices provided are for the total footprint of your property before improvements. If you need assistance determining your lot size, please call or email us. If the property has unusual obstacles (multi-levels, excessive trees or hills) that set it apart from a typical home, please call or email for a quote.

Bi-Weekly Mows

Bi-weekly mows are available for an additional $7.00, but are not recommended during the growing season. We say not recommended because most yards do not look their best when mowed on a bi-weekly basis. Bi-weekly mowing causes excessive growth and leads to brown spots as well as clumping of grass, which is not removed by our crews.

Contracts

Contracts with our residential customers are not required. We have found that our customers are very loyal and are more than happy with the service they are provided. Your service can be canceled by you at anytime after your fifth mow for no additional charge. If service is cancelled before five visits, an early cancellation fee of $19.00 will be added to each visit on the final bill. Please provide your cancellation by telephone or email at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled mow.

PETS and PET WASTE REMOVAL

We love pets too and our crews will make every reasonable effort to work around your animals. That being said, if our crews feel threatened they will not proceed into the back yard. If our crew is unable to complete service because of pets, we cannot issue any refund for not mowing the area where the pet has access. We do our very best to keep your pets in the back yard and generally are very successful at it. However, if your pets name is Houdini and can escape from handcuffs in a box full of frozen water with an elephant standing on top, we ask that you keep your pet tied up during your scheduled mow days. We ask that your pet droppings be cleaned the day before your servic.

Services Issue

We strive to provide customer service that exceeds your expectations. While we are unable to give refunds or discounts, we are happy to send our crews back to fix any reasonable service issues. Just call our office within 24 hours of the service and we'll send the crew back out to fix the problem.
